1. Description:

The BGD 630 Rub Resistance Tester is a newly developed instrument by Biaogeda Company in accordance with the GB/T 7706 standard, which is used to evaluate the abrasion resistance of the ink layer of paper-based decorative printing products. This instrument is driven by a motor, causing a test printing sample loaded with a specific weight to rub back and forth on a standard surface (the friction speed and frequency can be directly read by the microprocessor-controlled LCD screen). Based on the number of frictions and the degree of wear, the abrasion resistance of the ink can be evaluated.

This instrument is intelligently controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, with stepless speed regulation (greatly facilitating different users to select the appropriate friction speed for their special products), and automatic counting. The LCD screen directly displays the friction speed, the number of frictions, and the set test times. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable performance, simple operation and high reproducibility of test results.
