1.Description:

BGD 523/S is a multi-functional paint film/wood abrasion tester newly designed by our company. This product complies with standards such as ISO 7784-2, ISO 9352, GB/T 1768, ASTM D 3884, ASTM D 1175, etc. It features convenient operation, novel appearance, stable performance, accurate and reliable test data, and can be comparable to similar foreign products.

The working principle of this instrument is as follows: Place the material to be tested on the turntable, and two grinding wheels press against the material with a certain weight to cause it to be worn. The grinding wheel rotates along with the sample disk, generating relative motion and wear. During the rotation process, the offset of the grinding wheel shaft relative to the disk shaft causes sliding motion, thereby wearing down the material. When a sample with an area of 10cmx10cm is subjected to wear, its surface material is worn by full-angle particles or filamentous substances to form a complete ring. This can simulate real usage conditions or meet the test conditions stipulated by the standards

The BGD 523/S abrasion tester is mainly applicable to products with test planes, such as: Suitcases, carpets, cardboard, clothing, glass, plastic coatings, tiles, metal plating layers, paints, varnishes, decorative sheets, high-pressure sheets, plastics, textiles, elastic floor MATS, traffic paints, anodized layers, blankets, electronic components, decorative boards, waxes, labels, leather cases, dental materials, automotive interior decorations, resins, furniture, etc.
