1.Description:

Evaluating the adhesion of the coating film to the substrate by the circle method is one of the most traditional methods in China. This method draws many circles of the same diameter continuously on the tested coating film by specially designed instruments, these circles overlap each other at a certain distance, and then divide them into seven parts according to the size of the area of the intersection part of the circles. When evaluating, the integrity of each part of the paint film is checked, and the part with more than 70% of the area of the paint film intact is assessed with the corresponding grade.

BGD 501 is the latest fully automatic adhesion tester, which meets the requirements of GB/T 1720 standard and has the following features compared with other traditional machines in China:
