1.Product Introduction
The GA-4A type fiber friction coefficient tester has the following advantages compared with the old-style instruments currently available on the market:
1. The force value resolution of this instrument is 0.1×10-3 cN, and the force measurement range is 2000×10-3 cN. The force value resolution of the old-style torsion balance instrument is 0.5×10-3 cN, and the force measurement range is 250×10-3 cN. The measurement accuracy and range of this new instrument have been significantly improved, which is particularly important for the accurate measurement of small force values in fiber friction. The instrument uses a high-precision force sensor to avoid the operational errors that may occur when turning the handle of the old-style torsion balance instrument or when manually reading the measurement results;
2. During a single test, this instrument can complete the measurement of both the static and dynamic friction coefficients of fibers. The operation is simple, the test is fast, while the old-style instrument uses manual measurement with a torsion balance and requires separate tests for static and dynamic friction coefficients;
3. The instrument can display the fluctuation curve of the friction force during the measurement process in real time, and can store the test results in a computer for easy comparison and analysis of the friction performance of various new fiber materials;
4. The instrument can be used to test the friction coefficients of both wool-type and cotton-type fibers of different lengths, while the old-style instrument has difficulty in testing the friction coefficient of 38mm cotton-type short fibers.
