1. Product Description

This equipment complies with the standards such as CJT132-2014 "Self-priming Valves for Household Gas Burning Appliances", 7.3.4.4 a of CJT 393-2012 "Valve Assemblies for Household Gas Appliances", and CJT30-2013 "Thermoelectric Fuel Ignition Protection Devices" 7.5.3.

Sample range, purpose, principle, structure and usage environment:

A positioning steel ball with a diameter of 1mm;

(2) Scratch contact force of 10N, precision of 0.1N;scratch speed ranging from 30mm/s to 40mm/s; precision of 1mm/s;

(3) Sample and restrictions: Ignition protection device, self-extinguishing valve;

(4) Test purpose: To verify that the coating surface of the ignition protection device, self-extinguishing valve and similar samples has sufficient strength to prevent sharp tools from piercing;

(5) Test principle: The coating scratch test uses hardened steel needles for scratching. The end of the steel needle should be conical, with a 40° apex angle, and the tip is a 1mm steel ball with a diameter of 1mm ± 0.02mm. The scratch is carried out on the coating surface at a speed of 35mm/s ± 5mm/s. The steel needle should be loaded appropriately to enable the steel needle to apply a force of 10N ± 0.5N along its axis. The intervals between each scratch can be set at least. This machine adopts a PLC + touch screen control system, driven by a stepper motor. The scratch distance, scratch number and scratch speed can be preset, easily achieving the scratch test;
