DIN 53863.2 Circular Trajectory Fuzzing Test Machine Fabrics Pilling Balling Analyzer
Introduction
This instrument is used to test the balling condition of woolen fabrics, chemical fibers, pure cotton, blends, knitted and woven fabrics, in order to evaluate the product quality and process effect. During the test, the fabric is rubbed against a nylon brush and abrasive materials, or only rubbed against abrasive materials under a humidified condition.

Instrument features
1. The scientific mechanical structure ensures smooth rotation with no mechanical noise. There are no contact fatigue faults, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
2. It uses standard nylon brushes. The rigidity of the nylon fibers must be uniform to control the bristle shedding effect of the brush.
3. The ergonomic design features a surface that is formed by a single spray-polymerization process, which is smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
