ISO 4920 BS 24920 Spray Water Repellency Performance Tester AATCC 22 Fabric Water Resistance Performance Test Machine
Introduction
This instrument has a fully metal structure. Quantitative distilled water is sprayed from a standard nozzle at a 45-degree angle, 150mm below the test sample. After the test, the surface of the sample is compared with the standard chart for rating.
A certain volume of distilled water is sprayed onto the center of the fixed sample. The precisely set spray holes with strict quality control and the precise setting of the height above the sample ensure the stable and uniform spray flow and form as strictly required by international standards. The height of the spray head can be precisely set using the provided height setting scale.
Compliant with the standards
ISO 4920, BS EN 24920, BS 3702, GB/T 4745, AATCC 22, M&S P23, NEXT 23
Scope of Application
The spray-type water repellency testing instrument can evaluate the water repellency (water resistance) performance of fabric surfaces.
Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument has a simple structure, consisting mainly of the main frame, funnel, nozzle, sample holder and sample fixator.
2. The nozzle has 19 evenly distributed holes, with the hole diameters customized according to the standard requirements. 250ml of water poured into the funnel can flow out from the nozzle within 25 to 30 seconds.
3. The upper edge of the sample rack ring forms an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal plane.
4. The center of the upper edge of the sample rack ring is the center of the sample. The distance from this center to the nozzle is 150mm.
