Introduction

Simple Troubleshooting
1. Turning on the switch but the light source does not illuminate:
Is the power cord in good condition and properly plugged into the socket?
2. The retaining clips of the lamp tube base may be loose. Tighten them.
3. Check if the lamp tubes are damaged or burned out. Replace the lamp tubes if necessary.
II. Poor Reflection on the Board Surface:
Wipe clean with a clean and soft cloth
III. The light source counter does not count:
Press the reset button and restart now.
