Strengths
This device is an infrared drying tester that can automatically calculate the absolute dry weight and moisture regain of the sample. It can test 6 samples at one time.
After the sample is placed in the drying chamber, the device will automatically measure the mass of each of the 6 samples according to the preset requirements, ultimately determining the absolute drying state of each sample and calculating its absolute dry mass and moisture regain rate. After the measurement is completed, the printer will print out the measured values of "before-drying mass", "after-drying mass", "moisture regain rate (decrease rate)" of each sample, as well as the "average moisture regain rate" of the 6 samples.
The determination of absolute dryness is carried out by automatically measuring the mass of each sample at regular intervals (which can be freely set). The point at which the difference in mass measured before and after reaches the determined range of mass difference (which can be freely set) is when this device deems it as "absolute dryness". At this point, the measurement operation automatically ends.
