BS 5131 SATRA TM20 TM21 Heel Impact Fatigue Test Machine High-heeled Shoes Impact Resistance Tester

Main purpose

The equipment used to test the continuous impact resistance index of the heels of women's high-heeled shoes and mid-heeled shoes. The heel impact fatigue tester is manufactured in accordance with the specifications and is specifically designed to test the number of continuous impact times of the heels of women's high-heeled shoes and mid-heeled shoes.

Under certain energy and frequency conditions, this machine continuously strikes the heel with force, until the heel breaks due to fatigue. This is done to determine the index of the heel's ability to withstand continuous stress and to assess the durability of the heel.

Reference standard

BS 5131, SATRA TM20, SATRA TM21, QB/T 2864, etc.

Testing method

1. Instrument used: Shoe heel impact test machine

2. Preparation of test samples: Using a sampling method, select at least 3 unused shoe heels for the test.

3. Test Procedures:

(1) Position the heel of the shoe within the test specimen holder (push it all the way down), and then secure the fixing screws.

(2) Adjust the fixture base so that the center line of the shoe heel forms a 90° angle with the impact blade. After adjustment, lock the screws in a clockwise direction. At this point, the impact blade should be perpendicular to the back line of the shoe heel.

(3) Rotate the adjusting screw of the shoe heel fixing seat clockwise to adjust the height of the adjusting seat to the desired level for the impact blade of the test piece (the impact point is 6mm below the top of the shoe heel, excluding the top layer). Then, secure the screw.

(4) Turn on the "power" switch. According to the different requirements of the test, set the number of tests needed. Press the "test" button, and the hammer will continuously strike the heel of the shoe.

(5) Once the set number of operations is reached, the machine will automatically shut down.

(6) Examine the condition of the shoe heel damage and sort out, record the test results.

Notes

1. Holding the heel sample: The heel sample must be securely placed in the holder to ensure a stable position, which is necessary for achieving more accurate testing results.

2. Do not apply any external force to the impact hammer; otherwise, the energy of the impact will be unstable.

3. During the test, do not stand on either side of the machine to avoid danger.

4. Before each impact, make sure to recheck that the specimen is securely clamped; otherwise, it is likely to cause damage to the fixture.

5. If the impact hammer is not in use, please place it in the lowest position to prevent accidental injury and potential danger.

Maintenance and Care

1. After each test, please clean the test bench thoroughly to prevent any debris from falling into the slide seat.

2. For each sliding position of the fixture, it is necessary to apply oil regularly to maintain normal operation.

3. The striking hammer and the adjustment seat have been subjected to long-term friction and sliding, so they need to be coated with anti-rust oil.

4. When the machine is not in use, please apply anti-rust oil to each fixture group.

5. Please regularly check whether the machine is in a horizontal position. If there is any deviation, please immediately re-adjust it.
