Generator Resistance Cabinet High Voltage Generator Neutral Point Grounding Resistance Box
Introduction
The generator resistance cabinet, also known as the generator neutral point grounding resistance cabinet, is used for diesel generators or wind turbines when they are operating in grid connection mode. In the event of a single-phase grounding fault, it can promptly detect and quickly switch the circuit, limiting the grounding current, preventing overvoltage hazards, and thereby avoiding damage to the winding insulation and subsequently developing into inter-phase or inter-turn short circuits. This product is widely used in urban power supply systems, power plants, subways, ships, metallurgy, wind farms, photovoltaic power stations, and ports, among other fields.
Advantage
It is manufactured by using high-quality high-voltage large-power resistors independently developed by Lonroy, as well as various new alloy resistors. According to the different working environment characteristics of various generators or photovoltaic power generation systems, a functional structure and protection level cabinet that is suitable for product use has been designed. It has the advantages of safe operation, high temperature resistance, and small resistance temperature coefficient. It is a dedicated complete set device for high-resistance grounding of 35KV and below generator sets.
