The fracturing tester applies continuous pressure to the high-density polyethylene geotextile material under accelerated environmental conditions. Using a precise marking device, marks are made on the dumbbell-shaped sample.
The sample is placed on the tester. Pressure is applied to the sample through a container filled with lead weights, which is placed on a lever device. The sample is then placed in a bath containing surfactant, and the bath liquid is maintained at 50℃. The height of the bath is controlled by a motor.
The fracturing time is recorded by a separate timer for each sample.
The bath tank and sample holder are made of high-quality stainless steel. The bath solution is maintained at the correct temperature by a solid-state thermostat and a heater at the bottom of the tank. The bath tank cover helps to reduce the evaporation of the bath solution.
The temperature and concentration of the bath solution are maintained consistently through the use of a pump.
There is a low liquid level protection switch in the bathtub. When the liquid level drops below the set value, the heater and the pump will automatically stop working.
Optional high liquid level protection switch is available.
