ISO 13433 Geotextiles Dynamic Perforation Testing Machine Geotextile Membranes Perforation Resistance Tester
Introduction
The dynamic perforation test machine for geotextiles is used to determine the ability of geotextiles, geotextile membranes and related products to resist being penetrated by steel cones falling from a fixed height. During the test, the geotextile sample is horizontally clamped in the clamping ring, and a steel cone of specified mass is dropped from a height of 500mm onto the sample. The falling cone penetrates the sample and forms a hole on it. Then, a graduated measuring cone is inserted into the hole to measure the diameter of the hole, which is used to evaluate the ability of geotextiles to resist impact and penetration.
Characteristics
Stainless steel material, durable and long-lasting;
A stable and reasonable framework structure with good stability;
A specially designed sample holder is used to prevent the sample from slipping during the test.
The handle controls the spring switch, facilitating the release of the falling cone and enabling free-fall puncturing.
It is equipped with safety protection devices to ensure the safety of personnel during operation.
The measurement accuracy is high and the repeatability is good.
It is easy to install and convenient to operate.
Compliant with the standards
GB/T 17630-1998, ISO13433-1996, JTG E50 T1128-2006, SL/T 235-17-2012, etc.
