Introduction

The direct shear and pull-out test system for geosynthetics is a hydraulic integrated machine used for conducting direct shear and pull-out friction tests on geosynthetics. It applies hydraulic force to apply the normal load and controls the direct shear and pull-out rates; integrating the hydraulic and direct shear pull-out tests makes the operation more convenient and efficient; by applying hydraulic pressure to the normal force, the pressure application accuracy is improved, which is a first in China; currently, the technology of normal alternating load is under development.

Feature

The direct shear-pullout test system is an integrated machine with both direct shear and pullout testing functions. By simply changing a few tooling fixtures, both testing functions can be achieved.

The upper computer software controls the test process, integrating the direct shear and pull-out interface friction. The software has strong autonomy and can independently set the experimental conditions according to the mainstream standards at home and abroad. It is applicable to the mainstream national standards and can independently complete data processing, achieving full data export. It is convenient for studying the relationship between the shear stress and displacement of the test sample and time, and is a comprehensive interface friction testing system.

The horizontal loading device adopts servo electric cylinders to achieve full digital speed closed-loop control. It has the advantages of stable speed, wide speed range and high positioning accuracy. The stretching speed can be set arbitrarily in digital form.

The normal force loading device is achieved through manual hydraulic or automatic electric cylinders, which is convenient, reliable and ensures stable pressure.

By using the pin connection technology, it is possible to quickly and easily replace the clamping devices required for testing.

It is equipped with various hardware and software protection measures such as overload protection and over-stroke protection, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
