Product Introduction
Dry-block temperature calibrators are generally composed of a temperature controller, a heat-dissipating block, a temperature sleeve, and a temperature indicator with a temperature sensor. The working principle is to use the built-in heat-dissipating block to quickly heat up or cool down to the preset temperature value, ensuring that the standard element inserted into the socket of the heat-dissipating block and the temperature element to be calibrated are at the same temperature.
The dry-block temperature calibrator adopts a highly stable temperature controller, and the heat-dissipating block is made of an alloy material with good thermal conductivity. Technologically, it is in line with the advanced foreign technology. In terms of insertion depth, horizontal temperature field, and vertical temperature field, it is at a high technical level. It can be used within the required temperature range, and it can conveniently set and precisely generate the required temperature. The product features a small size, rapid heating, stable temperature control, and no pollution. It can perform overall calibration of temperature sensors and instruments, making it easy to carry, convenient to use, and capable of achieving rapid and reliable temperature calibration. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, chemical engineering, food, and pharmaceuticals. The existing on-site dry-block calibration furnaces in China have slow heating and slow temperature stabilization. Each calibration requires a long time. The new electric furnace has changed the original heating method. When the temperature reaches the designated temperature point, there will be no temperature waiting or temperature overshoot. It will stabilize immediately, thus enabling the electric furnace to heat up quickly, stabilize at a constant temperature quickly, cool down rapidly, and achieve high precision. This greatly improves the existing calibration efficiency.

Calibration of supporting equipment
Use 1 standard platinum resistance (high-precision platinum resistance thermometer) or 1 standard thermocouple (Type S, Class I temperature measurement thermocouple), and 1 handheld thermal signal calibration instrument (with an accuracy level not lower than 0.02%) according to the temperature range of the specific dry oven being used.
Calibration method
Insert the standard temperature component and the temperature element to be calibrated simultaneously into the uniform temperature block. Wait until the temperature value reaches the set temperature value and the temperature field becomes stable. Then, use the handheld thermal signal calibration instrument to read the temperature values of the standard component and the component to be inspected at one time for calibration.
