Ultraviolet Irradiation Detector Insulated Glass UV Radiation Tester Glass Ultraviolet Radiation Resistance Testing Machine
Product Introduction
The ultraviolet irradiation detector is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T11944-2012 "Insulated Glass". It is a testing equipment used to examine the ultraviolet radiation resistance of insulating glass.
Working principle
Ultraviolet lamps are installed in a sealed test chamber. The glass sample is placed in an appropriate position within the chamber and exposed to ultraviolet radiation. A cooling plate is placed closely against the other side of the sample, and the cooling plate is cooled by tap water. During the test, it is checked whether fog, oil or other contaminants appear on the cooling plate after the insulating glass is exposed to ultraviolet radiation, in order to determine the insulating glass's resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
