I. Function
The LR-A337 type appearance inspection instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB11614-2009 <Plastic Glass>. It is a testing device used for detecting appearance defects of float glass and ordinary flat glass. When used in conjunction with the side light inspection instrument, it can detect appearance defects such as bubbles, scratches, sand particles, lumps, streaks, spots, and inclusions in the glass.
II. Instrument Principle
The LR-A337 type appearance inspection instrument consists of three parts: the light source, the sample holder, and the box frame. The light source is composed of seven LED lamp tubes fixed on the box frame. The sample holder is installed on the sliding rail 600mm in front of the black screen and can slide up and down. The instrument is equipped with a hand crank, which can adjust the rising and lowering of the sample holder.
