I. Product Introduction
The xenon arc lamp that simulates the full solar spectrum can reproduce the destructive light waves existing in different environments, providing corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated tests for scientific research, product development and quality control.
Through aging tests on material samples exposed to the light and heat radiation of the xenon arc lamp, the light and weather resistance performance of certain materials under the action of high-temperature light sources can be evaluated. It is mainly used in automobiles, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, textiles, aerospace, naval and shipbuilding, electronics industry, packaging industry, etc.
This xenon lamp climate test chamber can be used for the selection of new materials, the modification of existing materials or the evaluation of the changes in durability after changes in material composition. It can well simulate the changes in materials exposed to sunlight in different environmental conditions.
II. Compliance Standards
The test conditions in Table 1 of 4.1.2 and Table 3 of 6.3 in GB/T16422.2-2014/ISO 4892-2:2006;
The sun exposure conditions in 4.3 of GB/T8430-1998 and ISO 105-B04:1994.
III. Features
1) Ventilation Cooling System: The temperature ventilation cooling system of the test chamber is automatically controlled by the temperature controller. The chamber uses a refrigeration system to cool down.
2) Control of the black standard thermometer adopts wired transmission technology, effectively improving the control accuracy.
3) Fiber optic transmission is used to measure the radiation intensity of the xenon lamp, avoiding the problem of measurement value errors caused by temperature.
4) A black standard thermometer (BST) is installed on the sample holder.
5) To record the working time of each test, the device is equipped with a timer on the operation panel, which can control the device time. The device will automatically shut down when the timing ends.
6) Protection Device: To ensure that the xenon arc lamp can work normally and not be damaged, the xenon lamp will automatically go out when the door is opened, and the protection facilities for the entire machine to stop working.

1) The temperature control is achieved through the PLC program independently developed by the company and the adaptive temperature control technology. 2) The blackboard temperature, air temperature, irradiation intensity, water spraying time, stop spraying time, cumulative value, irradiation energy, and test cycle number can all be directly set and displayed. 3) The microcomputer performs intelligent control. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating, the heating power, and displays the heating status. The temperature control is precise and stable. Over-temperature alarm is triggered and the heating power is automatically cut off. |
