1.use
DRL-III thermal conductivity tester mainly tests the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulation materials, thermal conductivity silicone grease, resin, rubber, beryllium oxide porcelain, alumina porcelain and other materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of the material. The detection material is solid sheet, and the enclosed frame can detect powder state material and paste material.
Instrument reference standards: MIL-I-49456A (insulation sheet, thermal conductivity resin, thermal conductivity glass fiber reinforced), GB5598-2015 (Beryllium oxide porcelain thermal conductivity determination method), ASTMD5470-2017 (thin thermal conductivity solid electrical insulation material heat transfer performance test standard), etc.
Thermal conductivity tester features: with automatic pressure, automatic thickness measurement device, and connected to the computer to achieve automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection to improve the test accuracy. Thermal resistance curves under different pressures can be detected, and multiple parameters such as thermal conductivity, thermal resistance and contact thermal resistance at the interface can be measured by using optimized mathematical models.
Widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and production plants of material thermal analysis and detection.
